Twin Pop Story

The twin pop pictures logo was created from a treasured ca. 1953 family black and white snapshot. The original was taken in front of the back steps of my childhood home in Paterson New Jersey. The top row of kids from left to right was my brother Les and first cousin Lynn. The bottom row from left to right was my sister Flory, a very young me with scrapped knees and my other first cousin Jill.  Our families lived together on two floors of a nice two-family house.

To me, the image is a nostalgic look back to a simpler bygone era when enjoying a delicious popsicle could be a child’s highlight on a hot summer day. With the loss of my beloved siblings and cousins, the logo has become my tribute to their memory.
